1. What HaulVouch is — and is not

HaulVouch is a load board and tooling venue. Servana LLC is not a broker, motor carrier, or freight forwarder. We never take possession of freight, never arrange transportation as a principal, and never take a margin on freight rates. Every rate confirmation issued through HaulVouch is a contract directly between the broker (or shipper) and the carrier named on it.

2. Eligibility and accounts

Carriers and brokers must hold active FMCSA operating authority where the law requires it, and must claim their company profile before transacting. Authority is re-verified; a lapse suspends posting and booking until it is cured. An account belongs to one company. You are responsible for activity under your sign-in and for any AI agent or integration you authorize with your API key — actions taken with your key are your actions.

3. Posting rules

Every load must show its rate — loads without a rate are refused. One load, one listing: the same tender may not be posted twice. Postings must be accurate and kept current. Double brokering — re-tendering a load you booked here to another carrier — is prohibited and ends the account.

4. Bookings and payment

A booking forms a contract between the named parties at the agreed rate, on the terms of the rate confirmation (including its detention and accessorial rules). Payment obligations run between those parties. HaulVouch measures payment speed from delivery and payment events and publishes it as history on broker profiles; HaulVouch does not guarantee any party's payment.

5. Disputes

HaulVouch offers facilitated, non-binding dispute resolution between the parties to a load. It is not arbitration, and it does not limit either party's legal remedies.

6. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Carrier plans are $149/month per seat. Each seat is one named person with their own sign-in, and a seat holds one live sign-in at a time — signing in somewhere new signs the seat out elsewhere. Your trial is free until your first load books; the paid plan then starts on the terms shown when you signed up. Broker plans are priced per seat on the terms shown when you signed up. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Subscription fees are for the software service only and are never a share of freight charges.

7. Documents and content

You keep ownership of documents and content you upload. You grant Servana LLC the license needed to store, display, and transmit them to the companies you share them with in order to operate the service. Packet sharing is controlled by you and can be revoked.

8. Prohibited conduct

No bulk scraping of the company directory; no claiming a company you are not authorized to represent; no false or altered documents; no circumventing verification, approval, or payment controls; no using driver check-in data for any purpose other than the load it belongs to.

9. Service and liability

The service is provided as available, without warranties beyond those the law does not allow us to exclude. To the extent the law permits, Servana LLC's total liability arising from the service is capped at the greater of $100 or the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date; continuing to use the service after a change accepts it.
